Stacia Skinner

Stacia Skinner brings over 20 years of sales and training experience to Creative Training Solutions. She began her sales career as a sales representative in the manufacturing sector, and later became sales manager for one of the leaders in the corporate travel industry. In 1996, Ms. Skinner joined D.E.I. Management Group as a Sales and Training consultant located In the Chicagoland area and became Vice President of the Midwest Region in 2001. In 2003 Ms. Skinner bought a sales-training franchise from DEI and has emerged as the most successful franchisee within the current franchise network.

In addition to her experience as a Sales Manager, Ms. Skinner has delivered training programs to sales people at all levels of experience. Her clients include Fifth Third Bank, Cargill Salt, Brady Tiscor, Boise OfficeMax, Cohen Financial, Sam's Club, Six Flags, Hyatt, KI, Allsteel, Conference Plus and Mintel. Ms. Skinner has delivered D.E.I.'s training programs to salespeople at all levels of experience, and to a variety of major clients, including KI, Boise Office Solutions, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, PR Newswire, Hydrite Chemical, Norlight Telecom, Brady, Allsteel, Fifth Third Bank and Hyatt Hotel.

Walter Ostermann

Walter is a very successful career salesman and sales manager. He has served his country as an Army Officer and has an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as an undergraduate degree, with split majors, in International Relations and Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Walter’s sales teams have performed at the top level in several challenging businesses, including: power quality and back-up systems, remote computer services, high speed data networking equipment, and sales training. Walter has worked for such companies as: Codex Corp. (industry leader and division of Motorola), General Data Comm. (industry leader and pioneer of data communications equipment), Northern Telecom ( voice switching pioneer and industry leader), Oneac Corp. (quality leader in power conditioning equipment and uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), and International Learning Systems (ILS) a large national sales training company, specializing in custom and tailored sales training programs for Fortune 2000 companies.

Sales training has been a major avocation and sales management emphasis area for over 25 years.
