Objectives

The session will include an eight week coaching plan to enhance the skills of their representatives.


The implementation portion of training allows managers to analyze representatives' calling ratios, identify skill gaps, and develop techniques to improve effectiveness.


A follow-through conference call helps reinforce the game plan established to increase sales.
