Creative Training Solutions, Ltd. was launched in 2003 by Stacia Skinner as part of the franchise system of DEI Management Group.

Stacia brings fifteen years of extensive sales training and thirty years of personal sales experience to the training she conducts. Her expertise and enthusiasm have resulted in hundreds of satisfied clients around the world, including Singapore, London, Trinidad, Mexico, Canada and across the United States.

Stacia lives and works in the same town and is deeply committed to community service. She is passionate about her family, her travels, her Harley, and thrives on growing her own business while growing your business each and every day.

Mike Thill

Mike brings over twenty-seven years of marketing and sales experience to his new role at CTS. He has run his own business for eighteen of those twenty-seven years, selling a wide range of products from computer solutions to systems hardware to real estate.

Mike has an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. He is very excited about the advantages the CTS training can bring to salespeople to help them succeed.
